Barnado’s Transition guides
Hi Everyone, I hope you’re well.We have been sent two booklets by Barnardo’s which I thought might prove useful for our children in helping them to prepare for their return to school. ‘Stepping into Secondary School’ is a guide for those children about to transition from year 6 to Secondary school, and ‘Returning to School – Life after Lockdown’ is aimed at Key Stage two but the ideas could also be used across year groups.
If your child is particularly worried about coming back to school / transitioning to high school, please do get in touch and I will do my best to support you.
