Contact the school office by telephone (01744 678144) or by popping in. Our office staff can support with many issues and can also pass on messages to our teaching staff.
Speak to a member of staff at drop-off or collection. Messages can be passed on to teachers by staff on the doors in the morning. You can also speak directly to class teachers at collection time once they have seen all of the children out.

Office	To pass on messages to any staff member including a request for a meeting/telephone call. To seek general information about issues such as school lunches, clubs, After School and Breakfast Clubs etc.
Attendance	To report your child absent. To arrange a conversation with a staff member regarding attendance.
SEN/Safeguarding	To report, or seek advice about, a safeguarding concern. To speak directly to Mrs Range or Mrs Ratcliffe regarding any Special Educational Needs issues.
Pastoral	To seek advice or support from any member of our Pastoral Team. This could be reguarding a concern about your child or to seek some support such as foodbank vouchers or to access our Unicycle (recycled uniform) store.
Mrs Dingsdale Mrs Glynn	To speak directly to Mrs Dingsdale or Mrs Range to pass on feedback or to share a concern/complaint.
First Steps	To liase with Mrs Rtcliffe regarding our First Steps Family group which runs every Wednesday morning in The Thompson Centre. For further information, click here.
