Homework

Each week, we ask the children to complete the following:

  • 30 minutes of Mathswhizz.
  • Read 3 times each week (3 Reading Plus texts or their reading book- this should be recorded in their reading record).
  • Practice spellings and math’s facts sent home each week.

Log in details for MathsWhizz and Reading Plus can be found glued into your child’s reading record.

Children who complete their homework are recorded with Dojo points.

Extra-Curricular Clubs

We offer a wide range of extra-curricular clubs. Details of these are shared at the end of each half term on Class Dojo so that you can sign your child up with places being confirmed in the same week.

Please note, if a club has to be cancelled, parents/carers are informed via a text message to the child’s primary contact on our system. We expect this information to be shared with the person due to collect the child from a club.

For details of the clubs running this half term, please visit our ‘Extra-Curricular Clubs’ page by clicking here.

ClassDojo

We ask all parents/carers to check ClassDojo on a daily basis for additional important information and direct messages from staff.

We also share our weekly newsletter, which is an essential read, on ClassDojo and on the ‘Home’ page of our website.
